Riu Plaza Berlin Hotel

I had a great time staying here! The location was perfect for me, being right on the main shopping street and close to Nollendorfplatz U-Bahn station. It made it super easy to get around the city and explore. The service was excellent and the room amenities were great. I loved having the ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, as well as the tea and coffee facilities. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a big plus, too! The staff were always friendly and tried to solve any issues I had with my reservation.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! The only thing I would say is that the customer service could maybe be improved a bit, but overall I had a fantastic experience here.

Hotel is well-maintained, with exclusive breakfast, and location is perfect just next door to bars and the next coffee shop and the subway.

The check-in process was slow and took longer than expected. The parking garage only accepted cash payment and had a machine that was picky about the condition of the bills.

This hotel is in a great location - very close to several underground stations and also within walking distance to the town centre. The rooms are comfortable and have walk-in showers. The breakfast is highly recommended, with plenty of good quality food and drinks. the hotel has a Spanish vibe, and it has a bar and a restaurant that serves great tapas dishes.

While the hotel staff were serviceable, some visitors found that personal touches were lacking, especially during check-in.

I appreciated the hotel, its fab location and my elegant room. Although some of the staff were not very friendly, I had an excellent stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious and tasty.

Everything was perfect from staff, who were pleasant, to the best possible location. Buffet breakfast for reasonable price and all the food was excellent. We stayed in a deluxe double room and liked a fairly clean bathroom.
